Sign In/Out

·         Parents/Guardians must sign in and sign out their children at each lesson.

·         NDM Bollywood Dance Studios Inc is not responsible for children being left before or after their scheduled class times. Family and Friends may only watch the last 10 minutes of each class unless directed by instructor.

 Quarter Tuition Policies

·         "Ongoing /Continuing Students" Tuition must be paid within the first month.

·          A late payment fee of $10 per student/ per month will be applied for late tuition being given during the 2nd or 3rd month of the quarter.

·         No refunds or pro-rating in Quarter Rate Tuition.

·         Return check fee of $15 will be applied for any bounced check.

·         No refunds or credits given for missed or cancelled classes by the student.

·         Any classes cancelled by the studio will be made up at a later date and or fees will be adjusted accordingly.

·         No discounts given for more than one student in a family.

Enrollment

·         All students must fill out an application and liability form. There will be a $10 processing fee per application.

·         NDM Bollywood Dance Studios Inc does not enroll children under the age of 5

Holidays

·         NDM Bollywood Dance Studios Inc recognizes the following designated holidays, no classes will be taught the weeks of: New Year’s Eve, President’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween Day, Thanksgiving, and Winter Break.

Behavior Policies

·         No food or drink on premises.

·         No loitering in the lobby, hallways, and dance rooms.

·         No running, jumping, or unruly behavior will be tolerated.

·         Parents/Guardians/Friends/Family may wait in the lobby, but may not interfere or watch the dance lessons.

·         Family and Friends may only watch the last 10 minutes of each class unless directed by instructor.

·         NDM Bollywood Dance Studios Inc is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen articles.

·         NDM Bollywood Dance Studios Inc has the right to refuse services to anyone.

Attire

·         Comfortable close, gym attire is appreciated

·         NO tight jeans or low riders and mini skirts allowed.

·         All students will long hair MUST have it pulled and tied back.

 Private Classes

·         You must pay at the time of the service received and must cancel the class 24 hours prior to the class or they will be charged for the class.

·         A fee of $10 per student will be applied the following lesson for payment not received.
