Rates

Room A & C – $60 an hour

Room B – $45

Studio (Rooms A, B & C) – $100 an hour

 

Each studio offers:

  • professional wooden dance floors
  • walls of mirror
  • central air conditioning
  • ballet bars
  • professional stereo system and speakers installed – All systems are iPod/MP3 compatible

Please note:

  • Rooms A & C are connected, both rooms must be rented together
  • Rooms A & C– available for rent only when NDM classes are not in session
  • Room B – available for rent only when NDM classes are in session
  • Shoes are not allowed on the dance floor
  • A bulletin board is available in the lobby that may be used to post up flyers, once approved by NDM

 

Policies:

  • In order to secure the space, payment in full must be received one week prior to requested time(s)
  • Cancellations must be voiced at least 48 hours prior to reserved rental time in order to receive a full refund.
  •  Last minute cancellations or no shows must forfeit a re-booking fee
